Joining Xi Kappa
Each semester, Xi Kappa is always welcoming new members who are ambitious and seeking new and exciting opportunities through a process called Rush. This process allows new members to come meet the brothers of Xi Kappa, the members of other sororities and fraternities, and experience Greek life. Become part of The Men of Excellence this semester and see what we have to offer.
All prospective members are encouraged to fill out the interest form and get connected with us on Instagram @uga.xikappa to stay updated on our upcoming events.!

What is Rush/Recruitment?
Our Rush, or recruitment, is a series of events hosted by the brothers of Xi Kappa, where students get to meet and hang out with the brothers over the span of two weeks at the beginning of every semester.
What is a Rush event?
Rush events are social events meant for prospective members to come hang with us, and these events usually include, karaoke nights, campfires, pool parties, sports days, etc. These events are usually co-hosted by Xi Kappa with another sorority or fraternity.
All Rush events are free to attend and rides can be arranged by the brothers of Xi Kappa.
How many events do I need to go to?
Come to as many as you want! Any and every student at UGA is free to participate in any event they want and works with their schedule.
Participating in Rush does not mean you are obligated to join Xi Kappa.
However, each prospective member MUST attend at least 2 events to be considered a bid to join Xi Kappa.
What happens after Rush?
After rush, prospective members who share a good fit with the brotherhood will be given a bid, or invitation, to join by the brothers of Xi Kappa. Prospective members that have been given a bid have the option to accept or decline.
